Whatever the reasons were behind you wanting to get rid of your belly fat, the next stage is to create a picture of the new slimmer you to help you achieve your goal. You may do this using your imagination, or you may want to cut out a picture of your head and stick it on to a picture of a slimmer person. 
If you can, create the picture with you smiling, happy and relaxed.
Next explore how it would feel to look like that. How would it feel to lose your belly fat? Would you be more relaxed, happier, fitter, healthier? What does that feel like to you when your clothes fit properly?
Next imagine hearing people compliment you on how great you look. What would they say to you when all that body fat and belly fat had gone?
Then imagine yourself looking in the mirror with the slimmer you looking back, smiling and happy.
Imagine freeze framing a series of pictures, one for each of the scenarios above and refer to these pictures often. Every time that you look at them, hear the people complimenting you, asking you how you lost your belly fat and feel those great happy feelings
Exercise and Diet
The next step to lose your body fat and belly fat is to exercise and to diet. Find a weight loss program that works for you. Find a form of exercise that sounds like fun and is interesting. Ideally, find a exercise class that specializes in helping you to lose your belly fat and stick with it.

When times get hard, remember why you want to lose your belly fat in the first place and refer back to the pictures of the new slimmer, happier, more relaxed you. The more that you can practice this technique, the more pleasure that you can associate into the pictures, the more relaxed you will feel about being slimmer and healthier, the easier it will become lose your belly fat and become the person that you want to be.
